If we are faithless, He remains faithful, for He cannot deny Himself. -2 Timothy 2:13
We have everything we could ask to inspire us with faith and trust in God. In earthly courts, when a king would make his greatest pledge to assure men of his truth, he gives his child as a hostage, to be redeemed on the fulfillment of his promise; and behold what a pledge of the Father’s faithfulness; for when He would assure men of the immutability of His council, He gave His only-begotten Son to come to earth, to take the nature of man, not only for the brief years of life, but to retain his nature in the heavenly courts, an everlasting pledge of the faithfulness of God. God is ever so faithful to us, let us not take it for granted with our faithlessness in Him. He is a God of His words so let remain faithful to Him as He remain faithful to us.
Heart Questions: Are you at times unfaithful to God? Are you at times wavering in your trust in God? Remember that despite we human weaknesses, God is ever faithful to us and He cannot deny Himself of His faithfulness to us.
- Pray for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit in our lives so that we can remain faithful to Him
- Pray that our family members and close friends will be faithful to God
- Pray for the church members living in Venezuela. Pray that there would be church growth, increased commitment to God and service, as well as punctuality and consistency in attendance
- Pray for the Pastors and lay evangelists
- Pray for our church members especially with regionally Evangelistic Campaigns in the Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela and French regions that God’s Spirit will cover them
